Today, we’re talking every writer’s favorite procrastination tool—that’s right, people: PINTEREST.
Once upon a time, Pinterest did not exist. In those dark days, I wrote the first few drafts of BENEATH THE HAUNTING SEA without an internet board filled with inspiring images—I kept a few pictures in a folder on my computer like a barbarian.
Luckily, Pinterest was invented in plenty of time for the Epic SEA Rewrite of 2014, so never fear—a rambling, bursting-full board for SEA very much exists. I’ve been adding to it over the last few years, and today, my faithful readers, I’m going to share it with you. Here you can see my evolving casting ideas, phases of research (ships, anyone?), moody aesthetics, whales, and lots and lots of underwater photography…
So, without further ado, here it is.
